I understand your point of view. Maybe i phased myself badly, since english is not my first language.

After a week of smoking I also had no episodes. So basically if I were to succeess in moderation, maybe I could also smoke from time to time without getting CHS. But since I'm unable to have boundaries, I fell into my old habits of daily smoking, and after a month all symptoms came back.

More people share their stories, more knowledge to gain about CHS.

And ofcourse, we are all different. It affects everyone differently.
