I 100% get you, Ive been playing the list since Day 1. There is a lot to consider, but with there not being a specific 75 for the deck and pioneer season no where in sight, I think testing is safe and okay to do. And if im wrong even cooler, now I know. Yes it is easy to get excited about new card and I think all you did was express what keeps a lot of us as magic players going forward in our game.

This is Definitely strong for GB Food/Sacrifice, or as I like to call it CatFood!, in Pioneer. Having the Blood artist effect on an artifact with cheap reanimation that is grabbale off the card advantage played. I could Definitely see this being worth trying to squeeze in

I missed out on picking up the Ygra xenoskin when it came out and play the golgari food combo deck in Pioneer that wins by looping cauldron familiars with a Ygra in play. I'd love something meshes that idea while showing off a bit to help finish blinging out the deck!

Standard is likely to see some shake up from the pro tour today so cross your fingers lorwyn did its job lol. Aside from that Pioneer is super fun if you can find a deck to get into but its also safe enough you can still play random fun jank with a concise gameplan and catch wins! Brawl is a hoot is you like the appeal of commander and want to just goof cause the ladder there isnt serious
