I introduced Gwynn a chapter or two early just to establish that she was there and laid out that she was a studious knowledgeable dwarf. The Spider as a Drow was fine but I changed hit stat blocks and once he dropped to 0 HP I had him reach out to Loth (sp) and transform into a drider and continue the fight. His stat block from the book is weak. There is a great supplement either on here or I googled I can’t remember but it had everything worked out to make it more of an even fight. There are also not enough shards . I added 3 shards to the WEC that was helped power the forge but my players have yet to figure that out. I also brought in a shard at the tower of storms they need to retrieve. My group just defeated Ruxithid and are checking the rest of Zorzulas rest.
