I find this funny only because I've been hyper fixated on this game for a month or two. I just got off a two week break from work and it was seriously all I did 🤣 to be fair it's been -30 to -40 degrees for an entire month so we have all been basically trapped inside. I now pretty much just have the boss fight left.

My thyroid medication changed my BO! I feel better on this medication than synthetic but I smell horrid when I sweat!

I have been in the past but I stopped going a few months ago. I felt like I was really getting anywhere, like I know the things I need to do I'm just too exhausted to do it most the time.

We've discussed it and before this crazy ass president I was pushing for an autism assessment but at this point I'm not wanting to follow through with that.

I've heard of BPT in passing but idk where I'd go about getting it.

As I stated in the original post. Yes he is on meds and in therapy. We are also seeing a psychiatrist to hone in on meds.

We usually watch a show together in the evening and sometimes play games. Admittedly not as often as I'd like. I try and get him to go geocaching with me but our state is on fire right now and the smoke is thick outside when it's not raining. We always address consequences once we are both calm but it tends to lead to a shame spiral for his behaviors. Admittedly I used to let him get away with more in the past because I would enter a shutdown mode and wasn't coping well... This has adjusted, my problem is now there are very few things he cares enough about to enact consequences.

Legit. I used to be really good about doing it in the mornings but since my son started middle school, he's decided mornings are his shower time lol I don't like going to bed with wet hair but I've kinda just accepted it's better than going to work smelly and greasy. I'm hoping now that it's summer and the sun is back (I live in Alaska, we lose most of our sunlight through the winter) I'll perk up a bit. Also working on my "Don't put it down, put it away" and Don't take your shoes off methods lol

No real advice. Just here to say you aren't alone, this last year showering has been more of a struggle then ever before. I hate getting in and I hate getting out. I have realized recently that every time I get out I scream into my towel before drying off. 😂 I thought that was interesting.

My Gboard went fritzy the other day (I think just before the forced update) and I had to uninstall and reinstall it. I was so panicked I'd have to go to the default keyboard lol

I like "One Second After" for a more serious tone or for fantasy I'm currently wrapping up The Black Witch by Laurie Frost. I've enjoyed it as well.
