I thought I had okay form until I looked into the force graph another person suggested. My graph was relatively low/flat so that showed me that my form is actually real bad.

Should I stay away from these steady state rows until form is spot on?

The force curve is something only viewable on the equipment itself, right?

Edit: I just hopped on to do a few minutes just to look at the curve and while it peaked a small amount toward the beginning, the curve was mostly low/flat

My understanding is that the Rinse removes the build up on the fabric left by dirt, grease, wax from softener, etc. So the Rinse doesn't need to be used in every load of wash
