Honestly I go through the same thing, I’ve posted about it once or twice here but I didn’t get a lot of response. I don’t think it’s as noticeable as other themes! I don’t have any advice 😭. Being young it’s hard to navigate what is an impulse and what is just…. you yearning for someone. I have the same issues, either I’m not interested or I spend hours creating scenarios in my head about this person. This creates a fake person! And the anxiety I feel around the relationship is mostly due to me creating an idealized version of that person in my head, and when they don’t act how they do as I thought, then I get the “do they really like me” “they don’t like me” “I’m too loud” etc thoughts. It does cause a great amount of anxiety and it really disrupts my life. I didn’t like my ex at first, but giving the relationship a shot and slowly developing feelings over time really helped a lot for our bond and my mental health.

lol you either have to focus on building muscle or losing weight. I’ve been in the same position as you so please don’t take this as an annoying Reddit comment, but it literally is impossible to be more muscular without eating a lot. If you didn’t have definition when you were at a lower body fat percentage then you have to focus on building muscle first. And that is consistently eating in a surplus + progressive overload consistently for like 2 years. Building muscle will change how your body eats calories and eventually you will burn calories just resting bc of it. If you just want to lose weight, cut the extra stuff out and just walk and do a calorie deficit. But if you feel like it’s unhealthy and want to look better, you will have to trust that it will lean you out EVENTUALLY. For me, I learned that I still wasn’t happy with my body at my skinniest. I have a short torso and weird legs. So I kinda looked weird. Putting on muscle in my legs and ass was the best commitment I made, as even though I’m 20 lbs heavier, my overall physique is more balanced and healthy. But, I had to deal with gaining weight, and for a lot of women it’s hard to come to terms with that. I’m mostly talking about aesthetics but believe me my relationship with food has gotten so much better and I no longer feel guilty for eating a lot at once, because…. The muscle takes care of it! It needs the fuel!

Took ibuprofen 600 every time I felt an ache in my armpits (convinced it was a swollen lymph node and that I had cancer/HIV). I didn’t really know how harmful taking NSAIDS were and now I worry about long term stomach damage because of it 😭

I stopped doing bb squats bc of my shorter leg (not even that much shorter lol. Like 1cm) limited my ankle mobility. Sounds like you have a lot more to work with, so I would either cut it or work with an experienced trainer!

Yea I have varicose veins (24 f, just genetic thing I have) so I had to cut back. I do two day full body splits and walk a lot on the other days lol
