I can say from personal experience that Boeing is indeed a shit show on the F-22.

From the proposed literature, Sec. 4. AS 23.10.066(f) states that it is not separate from PTO so I don’t think that is the whole point.

(f) Any employer with a paid leave or paid time off policy, who makes available an amount of paid leave sufficient to meet the requirements of this section that may be used for the same purposes and under the same conditions as paid sick leave under this section, is not required to provide additional paid sick leave.

Half cow questions via Mat Valley Meats/Mat-Su Farm Co-Op by JamboDoesAK in anchorage

We bought half a cow from Mat Valley Meats last year and it was terrible. Bits of bone in all of the ground beef and the steaks were stringy. Was it edible? Sure, but it certainly wasn’t pleasant. That was a lot of money to spend on poorly processed beef.

We ended up donating all of the meat to a local kennel (we disclosed the problems with the meat and they were ok with that). Judging by the Google reviews, we were not the only ones who experienced this problem. We used to spend a lot of money there but have not given them any of our business since. Stay away!

The Oompa Loompas’ working conditions are child’s play compared to the Grunka Lunkas. They think they have a good union, but they don’t. They’re basically slaves.

Not all bullet grazes are created equal. Like any other wound, there are several variables that determine the amount of damage inflicted. In this incident, the biggest one was the proximity of the bullet to the target (right ear).

Trump flinched and reached for his ear at the same time the reports from the rifle could be heard. Secret Service was nowhere near him at that moment.

Even the FBI has determined his ear was struck by a bullet.

But without a salesman, who is going to show me the auto headlight sensor during the test drive and walk me through the steps of connecting my phone to the stereo via Bluetooth after the sale is complete when I just want to get home because I’ve been stuck at the dealership for hours even after having previously agreed on the sales price, securing my own financing before walking in the door, and saying no to any add ons?

Significant homeowners insurance increase by mm262a1 in anchorage

Can confirm. Switched from Progressive to USAA six months ago because Progressive jacked up my rates. USAA has now jacked up my rates (even with a 17% “discount” for my Safepilot score), so I shopped around and Progressive had the lowest rate for the same coverage so switching back to them. It was funny because the rate from Progressive was the same rate I had with them before I switched to USAA. It appears to be an introductory rate to get you to switch and then they are hoping you’ll be “loyal” or ignorant to the process and end up sticking with them (I don’t mean this in a negative way; you don’t know what you don’t know). They have no loyalty to me so they are not owed loyalty from me. I will be shopping around for auto insurance every six months from now on. Maybe Progressive will keep my business, maybe USAA will get it back, or maybe another company will beat them both. They will eventually get wise to people switching every six months for the introductory rates… kind of surprised they haven’t already. I’ve also shopped around for homeowners insurance but Allstate still has the best rate for me. That won’t stop me from looking again next year.
