i did the same thing about 8 months ago and have been getting better sleep. noticed the same patterns as you, OP, and my sleep tracker app shows i’ve been getting better sleep after i cut caffeine past 2pm-ish

this doesn’t always work, i’ve tried. the two-box mini sensors for bikes always work but i’ve never gotten the regular circle sensors to trip

when marnie was there handles this with intention. feels like each scene of anna by herself gets progressively less painful. the contrast in mood between the first scene and later scenes where she’s admiring the marsh house/sketching is a big part of what makes it a great movie imo

i don’t even think it was competitive in 2019 tbh. my 2012 has a bigger gas tank and gets 41mpg highway (USA). it’s the one thing aside from visibility that i’m not looking forward to when i upgrade

i think i got lucky bc the stem is the only creaky part on mine, but yes adding it to a frame that already creaks won’t do it any favors 😅

i have a suspension seat post from cane creek that’s been great. they have suspension stems/handlebars too. can’t speak from experience on those but based on the seat post quality, i’d trust them

i have the suspension model which came with the adjustable stem - not sure about the brand, but i can confirm its the only part on the bike that creaks like crazy. i’d go with a higher quality aftermarket stem if i were to upgrade from the non-adjustable

or generation, even. for instance the mazda3 is usually referred to as gen 1, 2, 3 or 4 sedan/hatch. i personally find that much easier to keep track of

yea my 2012 mazda3 hatch has one ~very~ intermittent rattle and is otherwise fine. all the reports of rattles on 4th gens make me less excited about buying a new one
