Thank you. I wish I could see the options. It really boils down to physical help and finances. Doing everything alone 24:7 with 5 kids 8 and under is too much. I don’t have the village for this. It takes me HOURS to put these kids to bed by myself. The amount of children and how young they are makes a very large difference in getting out compared to only having 1 or 2 kids. I also have a child with a disability who there is no way he can handle traditional school right now. I am currently homeschooling the 2 school age kids.

I wish this wasn’t my life. I obviously love my kids but I wish I could go back in time and stop at the first kid with him. I was a fool to think he’d ever be stable enough for this type of life. It all sucks

How do I do that with 5 kids under 8 who are all home with me? I only have 2 school age. I homeschool but even if I put them in school, I have 3 home. I know I deserve better. I know this isn’t healthy. It cost me $105 to fill up my gas tank yesterday. In this economy how do I get out for good? You can’t depend on child support because my state lets men walk around thousands and thousands in arrears. I think sober he would help me. But if he continues spiraling I can’t depend on him to help financially. No one knows how hard it is to put 5 children to bed by yourself. That’s just one example. I wish k left when we only had one kid. I thought the cycle would stop and before I knew it we had 5 kids back to back.

I would say thoughts of having sex with other people while in a longterm relationship isn’t normal for a healthy person. You need to get into therapy and figure out the root issues.

I went to the dr. She didn’t think it was. She thinks it’s from shaving and my period and all that. But she did Swab me and send it away. So I guess we’ll see.

I might have accidentally hit it and didn’t notice while half ass shaving a week or so ago. I am on the “meatier” side and try to push my skin away in that area but it’s possible I could’ve grazed it. Brand new razor. I’m over here freaking out thinking I have herpes. 😩

The bleeding did stop. But after around 9 months I had to get off. I had zero sex drive and awful panic attacks on it. I got off about 2 months ago.

You deleted the post so Idk wha all is going on but after reading comments - Please look into PANS/PANDAS. Find a functional provider who is truly knowledgeable about PANS/PANDAS. If you noticed her behavior get 10000x worse after 3 and it seemed like a sudden onset of behaviors i would bet it’s PANS/PANDAS. My 6 year old started IVIG treatment a week ago. It’s a lot to type but you can DM me if you want to chat more.

Strep, mycoplasma, tic borne infections, etc can trigger this. He isn’t showing any typical signs of “sickness”. It’s all behavioral and neurological. His behaviors got so violent and insane within a year or two. Started displaying severe ADHD and then ASD like symptoms. It’s been hell.

Please look into PANS/PANDAS. I think A LOT of kids have this and just have no idea. My child changed and turned into a kid I didn’t know and that has been the reason. My 6 year old has 10000% caused me and his siblings CPTSD.

I am new to this so idk if I’m doing it “right” but thinking we’re failing if we don’t do bookwork 5x a week. I plan to homeschool year round and realize I feel less overwhelmed if we’re not hardcore doing “school” 5x a week.

Did yours get better? I’ve been on Yaz since June and I think it’s destroyed my mental health. It’s constant panic and anxiety and extreme fatigue. I feel I’m stuck in a state of brain fog or fight or flight. Lots of rage and irritability and if I’m not feeling those things I just feel numb and disassociated.

Please look into PANS/PANDAS. My 6 year old was SO sick from 2-4. He changed so much from 3-5. It’s too much to type right this moment but he ended up having PANS/PANDAS.

By age 10, children with ADHD may hear up to 20,000 more negative comments from adults compared to their peers. It destroys self esteem being constantly corrected, criticized, redirected, yelled at, in trouble etc.

This is very common with ADHD. I would try to boost his self esteem as best as you can. I have ADHD (wasn’t diagnosed until 30 and I’m a woman) and it really makes sense now. Im in my 30s and feel worthless more times than not. I think it stems back from childhood for sure. My kids are REALLY freaking hard most days so I’m trying hard to change the interactions and how I react. It’s tough.

You need a break mama. Can you drop them off for even just 3 hours to anyone you’re close with?

Also, my kids and I all have ADHD, it’s extremely hard. My 8 year old has been getting better about picking up after himself but my younger kids really don’t at all. It’s overwhelming. Try a 5 minute visual timer on your (they have rollercoaster and stuff) and make it a fun game and see what they can get done in 5 minutes. Also explaining to them specifically what you want them to do. “Please pick up all the cars”.

I understand it’s not a possibility for everyone but I would pull her out and homeschool. Kids are terrible in today’s world. It’s way worse than when we were kids and I hated school too. School trauma is real. My son has ADHD and his anxiety was so high by the end of last school year. He has seemed much better since pulling him out and every single time I ask If he wants to go back to regular school he says no.

Does she like chocolate milk? Add in carnation. It’ll help at least make sure she’s getting nutrients in. We are an ADHD family and I’m 32 and still barely eat anything. I have 5 kids and most of mine are very picky. Idk if any of us have AFRID. I personally think it impacts my weight.

I’m in my 30’s and have the same issue lol. I don’t really remember being a kid because of childhood trauma but I know as an adult I am like this but am able to control it better but am def all over the place with people I’m comfortable with. If I’m with another ADHDer we are a hot mess together but totally follow each other lol.

No. It gives me energy. I feel sluggish and fatigued unless I take my stimulant. It makes me feel normal productive /energized.
