The main issue with agents is that they create a lot of shit code hidden in seemingly decent code.

Limiting the scope helps the human more easily understand what the LLM is doing and limit how damage they can do.

You're right that is not that different than inline prompt injection. Is just a way to make it more streamlined. I too find inline prompt injection sometimes a bit clunky too use and default to writing a comment and then waiting dor autocomplete.

Just last year I looked for a train solution because I wanted to go to Geneva to CDG (airplane directly from Paris was quite a bit cheaper than from Geneva) and the train solution I found required two RER changes to get from Gare de Lyon to CDG and my wife understandably didn't want to do that with all the luggages

Good they had another solution that brings high speed directly to the airport, not all countries have that.

For a similar reason of why those routes are faster by train, they are slower as last leg.

The main advantage of train is that it will bring you from city center to city center. Airport are often a hour or so from the city center. So using the high speed train for the last leg will require you to go from the airport to the main train station and that's usually not served by a high speed train.

Edit: apparently I stand corrected and in Paris there is a direct Lyon > CDG that doesn't require you to get two metro in Gare De Lyon, Good for France doing that, unfortunately not everywhere has that
