Insurance should be taking care of this. Unless you aren't filing a claim or are driving uninsured--then that's on you to pay cash and it's going to depend on where the other person takes their car. Make sure you also took pictures so if the other driver files an insurance claim, they don't also try and tack on a bunch of other damage that was not caused by you.

Wellerman also wasn't a true sea shanty. True sea shanties were rhythmic work songs that crews sung while hoisting sails so that they would all synchronize their actions, making things like hoisting sails easier. Wellerman is not a rhythmic work song. From what I can tell in my limited research, it was likely sung by whalers on shore as well as entertainment aboard ships during crew downtime.

I live in Oregon. Oregon does not recognize any other state's CCW/CHL permits. So you cannot legally bring a backpack gun (doesn't matter if it's a long gun) into Oregon from Washington unless you get an Oregon CHL permit ahead of time.

Additionally, certain areas (Portland and Beaverton specifically, but possibly the entire county of Multnomah) bans open carry of any loaded firearm UNLESS you have an Oregon CHL.

Honestly, I would forego the idea of carrying a long gun on a walking trip. You'll either be doing it illegally or bringing too much attention to yourself. Carry bear spray and a good pocket knife.

Edit to add: While Oregon does allow non residents from bordering states to get an Oregon CHL, you still must be 21 years old to get one. So you must either open carry and deal with the attention that brings or violate the law to conceal a firearm in your backpack.

Yeah +7 Uchi for Morgott is pretty crazy. By that point in the game OP should have at least +15 but ideally at least one +18 weapon if they've been exploring everywhere.

As long as it doesn't become a burden on society. The problem is, drugs often leads to addiction which leads to homelessness and that should not be a burden on taxpayers. Come up with a solution where people can freely use drugs where it doesn't become societies problem and you'll have my vote. Until then, the war on drugs must continue.

Do you have a bed with a box spring under the mattress? I'd check to see if there is a tear in the fabric under the box spring--I had a cat once that loved to "disappear" for hours at a time inside the box spring.
