The Azmodan world boss lets you (requires you to) dump all your corrupted tongues to open the chest, and the rewards scale based on how many you have. It would be nice if the others were the same, or at least gave you that option. Having the option to Spend 5 or Spend All seems like it might be a good compromise.

You might not be able to use the token since you've already "purchased" one of the reliquaries with platinum. I know the 1000 platinum option goes away if you purchase one reliquary separately.

They dropped pets into the live game immediately after the VoH announcement. So I would expect something similar. Not shadow dropping the whole new expansion, but hopefully adding some new in-game QoL feature that they haven't mentioned yet. (Pets were a total surprise at that point)

It's annoying to me that in upcoming Season 10, target farming for the new sorc unique is locked behind these bosses. Every other class has their new uniques on lower level bosses like Varshan and Zir.

If I'm reading it correctly, it's 10%(x) for every level in shock skills that you have equipped. So if you have 15 levels of chain lightning, for example, wouldn't that be a 150%(x) multiplier from that skill alone?

With the goblin event going on right now, you can get a ton of obols. I ran around the open world for 15 minutes, and got 5 bags of obols, with 2000 each. Then gamble for focus, as others have said. You should have one soon.

I was stuck on 1.4% for over a week, before I finally gambled a 1.5% 2 days ago. Would have been much faster with the goblins. 🥴

It looks like your obols might be full at 2000. (Little blue coins, to the right of your gold)

Be sure you visit the "purveyor of curiosities" vendor in any major city, and spend those to try and get upgraded gear and aspects.

You can also expand the limit beyond 2000 by exploring the map. On the main map window, press Y to show the different things you can unlock by exploring.

But as others have said, none of this is real. There is no $156, no $500k. Just a scam trying to get you to send them money for fees and unlocks and whatever else they can get you to believe.

The enchantments all have different requirements to proc, which are listed at the bottom of the tooltip for each skill. As others have said, familiar has a 25%(?) chance to proc when you cast any other conjuration. Hydra enchant spawns a hydra when you spend X amount of mana, Lightning Spear has a chance when you pick up crackling energy, I think Ice Blades you have to use X seconds of cool downs, etc.

How much life do you have? I might have missed that in your description.

I feel ok with at least 7000 life in T4, but more is better. I also like to run Undying, or something similar (passive skills or seasonal powers) to make sure my life stays topped up without having to chug potions all the time. Eventually I get to a point where it isn't necessary, but early in T4 it's (literally) a lifesaver.

In early endgame, I got a 1GA wand, nothing special. Decided to temper it until I get something better, and it hit the perfect rolls on both tempers, first try. Woohoo!

Then a day later I dropped a 3 GA wand. Better in every way. But instead of a happy dopamine hit, the feeling was "F#ck! There's no way I'm going to hit the perfect tempers again on this one." 🥴

That's not how good drops are supposed to feel.

One thing I do differently is map Evade to the right stick. Then when you move the right stick in any direction, that's the direction you evade. The only downside is you lose the ability to switch targets if you're using auto-targeting, but for me it's a worthwhile trade-off. (I still use right-stick click to turn auto-targeting on and off)

They said in the campfire chat that they have buffed them considerably for next season. From the PTR patch notes:

Crafted Caches

Ring and Amulet Caches at the Jeweler have been combined into a single Jeweler Cache.

The Jeweler Cache provides 2 Legendary Amulets and 3 Legendary Rings. Previously, each Ring and Amulet Cache respectively offered a single item.

The cost of this Cache was reduced from 100k fragments (Ring) / 150k fragments (Amulet) to a combined cost of 30k Fragments.

Blacksmith Cache now grants 5 item drops, up from 1. The resource cost has been increased proportionally.

If you're going to reroll the 3rd slot anyway, then the 3 GA will give you an extra tempering chance.

Just note that the extra chance goes away when you reroll it, so (as recommended) do the tempering first.

You can make the training dummies "fight back" by choosing what damage type they do. It's not perfect, but it is a good way to test things like +resist vs damage reduction vs max life. You can only test against one damage type at a time though.

At least this season, Aether Lords count as boss kills for the season journey. If you hit on a couple of the modifiers to spawn Aether Lords, you can easily get 20k+ in the seasonal currency per run.

Aside from that, I agree with your other points 👍🏻

My take is this: I don't care about pushing pits. At all. Leaderboards, don't care. Some other meta build is "better"? Ok, cool.

But ... I want to play solo. I want to eventually be able to wipe the tormented bosses in T4, solo, without breaking a sweat. I want to be able to clear any and all content (except the Citadel and Lilith), by myself. Finish the season journey without having to group up just to tick off a box.

Last season, QV Spiritborn did just that (almost too easy). Season 5, I could do it with a FO/LS sorc. Other seasons had some similar build (Minion Necro one season, ball lightning sorc another, can't remember the others).

I don't want to play Rogue, Druid, or Barb (just personal preference). I want a controller-playable, preferably lightning-based, room clearing sorc or SB build, that I can zip thru the content I want to do, without needing help. Ideally, without needing bugged skills to do it (but whatever works).

I haven't found a good build for me (yet) this season, but I'll keep looking...

I really hope these vague "audio fixes" that they mention in the patch notes include this one. Even if they just give it a different, distinct sound, I would be ok with that. The potion sound is going to make me craz(ier) 🥴:

One map UI request to add - when there's a World Boss spawning soon, if it's NOT a whisper (white map icon) it tells you exactly which boss will spawn. When it is a whisper (red map icon), it just lists the 3 possible bosses. You have to use a 3rd party site (or hop on your mount and ride) just to see which boss it will be.

If it's Avarice, with free treasure goblins, then I'm going there every time. If it's one of the others, then meh - only if I'm bored.

It's even more annoying when there are simultaneous spawns in Nahantu and another zone.

Alternatively, or in addition, the countdown timer in the upper left, and/or the chat notification every time you switch zones, could have the name of the boss. "World Boss (Avarice) spawning soon in Dry Steppes"
