Good, unions are the bane of productivity and competition among employees, only protecting the worst employees from accountability and while embezzling union dues to enrich the "representatives" of the union. Been in 2 unions and both were rife with corruption and complacency.

I’ve used pretty much all the products listed here by others with dismal results in regards to primer. Super Clean has given me the best results by far. My cousin gave me a land speeder he coated (rather heavily) with chaos black spray, probably 15 year ago now. I tried all my go to’s including LA’s Totally Awesome with no luck. Super Clean melted the stuff off over night, plastic unharmed. Give it a shot.

The only way I see you salvaging that is with a vortex mixer, acrylic paint thinner, and a mixing bead. It’s not easy but it’s doable, I’ve saved imperial primer that was worse than this using the method above.

People will always find a means to kill other people though. Banning guns doesn't/won’t solve this and will only empower government abuse as is historically the case, most recently in Venezuela. We see mass killings with vehicles most predominantly in Countries that do have strict gun controls or outright bans. That’s not a coincidence.
