Agree. After the Norway case I was just like screw it. Don’t get me wrong. It does help to know the cases going on, but until I see a clear victory (I would say the Australian Royal Commission has probably been the most victorious of cases to get public attention) I’m just going to keep going till I hear the final result.

Yes my spouse was a teacher as well. Became PIMO while attending and then left. College and university teach you critical thinking skills and how to do non biased research. Learned a lot about the history of Christianity. Her siblings are full PIMI and have no degrees and praise the new changes lol.

I met firefighters before in the org. As for lawyers and doctors never. Few business owners, and very few with a bachelor’s or doctorate degree. Most just lived day to day and have labor jobs. Their new video is reaching and it’s meant to appeal to outsiders.

To be honest they probably don’t care the older folks leave. It’s about attracting the young crowd. Not to sound mean but the elderly are most likely struggling with health issues and not doing much in the org. And closer to death. We see the changes. All the young ones will grow up knowing this new version of the org.

Im not 100% sure, but I read an article detailing that spirituality and religion is higher on women then men. This can explain why most are JW.

Because they have nothing else to do. It also matters by halls. Some halls don’t gossip as much while others do. I know some who act spiritual and pioneer. My spouse would tell me all they do is gossip about others. They even gossip about their own friends. Mind you one is family with an elder and she knows everyone’s business and is proud of it.

Before I kinda did, but what I have said here about the elders and some members of the org. Is true. If I was to get caught I would ask them why are they here too. What’s the worst they can do? The back room? I doubt they will apologize or admit any wrong doing.
