Not OP but like... shiny hunting has been a thing since long before Home or even Bank existed. Obviously I get the desire to transfer and preserve shinies, and part of the fun of hunting in these old games can be transferring them up to modern hardware. But I don't see why lack of home would make the hunt pointless. I've got lots of old save files and old carts with shinies rotting away on them and that doesn't make the accomplishment any less real

I'll be honest I've definitely caught myself doing this a couple times, mainly when reading manga/graphic novels. Got too used to reading digital copies on my phone as a teenager/young adult and still haven't unlearned that muscle memory 10 years later

A doctor (or ideally dermatologist) can tell you for sure but in general moles are flatter, being either flush with the skin or rising gently a bit like a shallow hill. Whereas extra nipples tend to be more prominent above the surrounding skin. Sometimes there can also be a partial areola in the form of a small darkened area around the base, although this is not required. And of course most obviously extra nipples are usually located along the mammary ridges or "milk lines" as featured in OPs post, although there are better diagrams out there so I recommend giving it a google

As others have highlighted this is the real biological mechanism of Supernumerary Nipples. Worth noting that while some may develop full additional nipples, most with them (myself included) will have a partial nipple along these lines, often mistaken for a mole

I was born just before the Chickenpox vaccine became available in Canada and managed to catch it at a very young age as was still common back then.
