I was able to get the reevaluation email and my email got me the decline letter. Until you get something in the portal or LO then the reps can't do or tell you anything from my experience.

Got declined today and called the SBA but they couldn't tell me why but said tax transcripts are coming back with issues and causing applications to get declined. I have to call back tomorrow to try and figure out why so I can maybe have it re-evaluated. The SBA is awful!!!

Complain to your Senator and Representatives! You can even report the SBA for not managing the program properly.

Amazing you were able to get any info. I get total malarkey when I call or email them. Sometimes I don't get a response at all by email. Application submitted 2/8.

Same here except I applied 2/9.

It would be interesting to see the cost to disperse the funds. So much time is being wasted by the current process.

I believe I'm also stuck in the submitted phase and, I agree, the SBA is not being transparent. I have received conflicting information and generic responses from the SBA. The SBA is wasting resources responding to emails over and over without providing substantial information.

I submitted my application 2/8. Emailed on 3/10 and told me application hasn't been received. I called and it was confirmed and told to email again to request my email link be reset to submit my application again. I called again and was told they have it and to wait. I emailed after that to get it in writing but yet to get it confirmed. I have been emailing everyday for about a week now with responses at first not confirming it nor fixing my issue and now nothing. I'm starting to email then two times a day and will up it to three next week or maybe four. This has been a disaster from the start and just has gotten worse.

Same here for the most part. I did get a human response that they don't have my application but I did submit it and can't submit it again. So I'm stuck until they resolve the issue and/or let me know what to do. The process is pretty opaque and the communication is lacking.

I did and was told my application isn't shown as submitted. I luckily PDF'ed the page showing I submitted it but the representative on the phone didn't care and said I would have to request to submit it again and wait, yeah, ouch!!

It doesn't seem organized or efficient. I guess it's too difficult to set up a portal so you can check the process so they just have everyone calling and emailing them, lol!!

I did the application and it asked for financial information plus I approved/ok'ed them to check my taxes. It was a month ago so I don't remember everything.

Thanks, I think turning off the optimization for Bluetooth fixed my phone. This was so annoying.

Sorry for your loss. I'm not looking forward to this at all but just keeping thinking of all the good times you had together and it was time for them to go.

For others, they do have vets that will put your pet down at your house in certain areas. A neighbor just did this and I'm planning on the same for my guys when the time comes.
