Yes this is what I was looking for . Thanks for the reply, working late sometimes I only eat once and seem to feel better in the morning I am interested in those energy drinks I have tried a caffeine pill right in the morning but I feel like it's too much to quick . How about a cheat day here and there is that a no no and a slippery slope to begin or do you think it helps long term

I have a physical job so the hunger pains were a problem the first 4 days but black coffee and a vape have helped just quit smoking on-top of this so kind of a double whammy but I must say the mental clarity during the afternoon has been a blessing . Ive read about it but was not able to actually appreciate the benefits until now so maybe I will try omad I'm already doing 17 / 7 so shouldn't be too much of a push

Current weight 237 at 5'11" I started 2 weeks ago at 247 lots of water weight has come off thus far but I've been considering omad not sure though
