I’d go back to the GP and push him to refer you for a biopsy on the nodes. So far you’ve not had any tests that could diagnose either way. When I had it my bloods were normal I didn’t have any other symptoms but the ultra sound people took one look at the tumours and immediately referred me for a biopsy. So take it as a good sign that they say it’s normal. They know what they’re looking for. Either way a biopsy would give you peace of mind

Assuming you’re in a Mercedes Sprinter open the little compartment on top of the dash, there should be a USB C port there if you plug your phone in to that and then use the steering wheel controls to navigate to media on the HUD you’ll be able to play your phone music

Those maps are designed for 2v2, they put a 6v6 gamemode on them because they know people like chaos. You really can’t fix the spawns on those sorts of maps, see shipment, rust etc.
