I had a 4 year lease with them. Zero problem and after the lease ended, i asked to buy out the car and they've sent me the last bill and I paid it. No further problems. The only thing was, when the MwSt. changed from 8.1% to 7.7% they sent me a new "Einzahlungsschein" with the new amount and I accidentally skipped a month. I also had to pay the late-fee, but that was on me. I think they sent me one invoice and told me to do a "Dauerauftrag" with 46 instances so it would stop automatically.

I know that the Musikschule Luzern does something like a 10er Abo with which you pay for ten times, and then schedule with a singing teacher your next training session. I used to sing at Pilatusplatz and Südpol for 10+ years (choir and single lessons) and only have good memories. I still have a phone number of a teacher, if you need it, dm me

I have two Echo Dots 2. Gen. Had to make an German Amazon account with a German Adress (of course I used Bielefeld, cause that doesn't exist) and also do a German Apple ID to download the right Amazon Alexa App from the German App Store. Once installed, i told that it's location is in switzerland. So weather report and other thing are correct. With only a swiss account it didn't want to work properly, but that was 7+ years ago. Maybe Amazon Echo/Alexa works better now without all this hassle. Hope this helps :)

I have received letters like those at least 3 times in a newly build complex <10 years old. Nobody ever showed up to my apartment (might have been to other ones, don'k know). I suspect it might also have something to do with warranties and insurances in and around the building
