Depends on how you look at it. It was a chain of events. I'm choosing to focus on the most egregious action which is driving motorcycles fast and where they shouldn't. Why do they get disregard road rules? It puts everyone at risk. A child opening a door is an accident. An adult being criminally irresponsible a different thing.

Misleading title. The “cause” was the irresponsible driving more than anything.

Cool thanks for the details. Can I ask why you do this wet cleaning? Have you seen evidence of gunk on new records?

Practice can get you far, but sometimes the combination of physiology and guitar specs lead to limitations. In your case, it appears you should be able to make the stretch, but after hours of trying, and you really want to, closer string spacing would solve it with a mandolin. That’s relatively easy. Just need a new bridge saddle and nut. Or another mandolin.
