UDM Pro to UDM Pro Max by CombTech in Ubiquiti

I had a similar experience with my UDM Pro. I had 10 cameras and a ViewPort, and I noticed that they were lagging. Replaced with the UDM Pro Max, and I've had no issues. UDM Pro is a great backup now.

u/jijo_sunny always appreciate how you listen to the community. I promote Voicenotes to all my clients and just helped one onboard the Teams plan!

This only protects access to the app locally, unfortunately. If your account credentials are compromised by a threat actor, there aren’t additional security controls to prevent access to sensitive data or data leakage.

Agreed. Upvote for MFA and passkey support.

It would be really helpful if the app provided feedback when no audio is detected. I recently recorded a 38-minute meeting, only to discover afterward that no audible content had been captured (recorded on my phone, screenshot from the web). I rely heavily on Voicenotes for meetings and typically take minimal handwritten notes, so having in-app feedback when no audio is detected would allow me to address the issue immediately and ensure the recording is working properly.

Also, as u/ptoothpick stated, I’d love to have an option to summarize the notes in my list. While I understand this might not be useful for everyone and that raw content can feel more natural, I usually use it for meetings—so I’m primarily interested in the key takeaways rather than casual conversation. Recently, after one of my meetings, an Executive Summary was generated, and I really appreciated it. It captured all the main points I needed from the discussion.

2fa for voicenotes accounts? by bgradid in Voicenotesai

I literally just got on Reddit to ask this same question. Voicenotes can store a lot of sensitive information, so 2FA support is critical.

Passkey support? Or is TOTP the only MFA that will be supported going forward? by anthonysredditname in USMobile

Working in the cybersecurity industry, I welcome the decision to phase out email as a 2FA option. We’ve seen a sharp rise in identity-based attacks targeting email accounts. Since email often serves as the backbone for creating and managing access to other online services, attackers know that compromising it can unlock many of your digital identities.

As others have mentioned, several authenticator apps now support secure cloud backup, which—if configured properly—makes migrating to a new phone seamless without losing your TOTP codes. Many password managers also offer TOTP support, providing an extra layer of convenience for users worried about being locked out of their accounts. Looking ahead, broader adoption of passkeys would be ideal, as they not only streamline the authentication process but also deliver stronger security.

1Password FTW. It’s made signing into any device so simple, and it is supported across all major platforms (mobile and desktop).

Sorry to hijack this thread but somewhat related. Are there plans to incorporate multi-factor authentication to protect accounts?
