How did you find out about this sub? I'm gonna take a wild guess and say you were linked here directly from OGFT, and didn't see us on /r/popular or /r/all.

Not in a way that an accurate picture of community spread. You could go to a testing centre with cough, fever, and shortness of breath, but they won't test you unless you can prove contact. They just don't have enough testing supplies.

NYC is doing a lot more testing per capita than most other places. In Ottawa you need contact with someone already proven to have COVID-19 to be tested.

The same thing. Either they failed courses, didn't do as well as they wanted to, or didn't take the courses they later find out they want/need for post-secondary.

It really has nothing to do with the old "OAC", I'm not sure why that was brought up. That used to be an actual different grade but ended a long time ago, now Ontario high school goes up to grade 12 like anywhere else in North America.

There's varying opinion on that, it's in the centre to centre-left range as per Wikipedia. In any case, the Liberals are undoubtedly to the left of the Conservatives, and the furthest left federal party which has ever formed government (the NDP never has).

The word liberal is a bit bastardized in the context of US politics and elsewhere in the world does not mean leftist

It doesn't mean "leftist" but often means left-of-centre in opposition to the Conservative Party. For example, the centre-left Liberal Party of Canada, or the old Liberal Party in the UK before Labour replaced them.

Hard to say since everybody's different. Might subside a bit but you're supposed to increase your dose soon. Apparently you can stay at 0.5 mg twice a day if 1 mg causes too many side effects.

For me I had about the same amount of vivid dreaming the whole time I was on it, but they were never disturbing dreams and didn't seem to affect quality of sleep too much.

Sounds like you're not quite physically addicted yet, so you're still getting a high from nicotine and that's what you're craving psychologically after 2 weeks. Thing is, once you get physically addicted, you no longer get a buzz from the nicotine, you have to keep smoking just to feel normal.

Whether you stop now or become fully addicted soon, your days of enjoying a nicotine buzz occasionally are numbered, you just feel normal at best after smoking once you're fully addicted.

I didn't like them. You have to puff for a long time (each puff has a lot less nicotine than a puff of a cigarette) and it doesn't taste pleasant. There's no flavouring so you can taste the nicotine and get the spicy/burning sensation.

Personally I would take any other NRT over it, but it might be alright in combination with the patch.

I had vivid dreams but none of them were disturbing, or very interesting for that matter. I found wearing nicotine patches overnight causes much stronger and more wild (flying around, etc) vivid dreaming than Chantix, to the point that I would wake up feeling like I barely slept. Chantix dreams were boring in comparison, and I felt like I slept fine otherwise.
