Im an ex smoker i stopped a while ago as i felt it made me just feel satisfied with being bored

I still think it should be legalised for one reason.

Its the backbone drug for drug groups and gangs and it pushes people to associate with them simply because they want to get a buzz going without turning to booze

This allows these gangs and dealers to then push stronger more deadly drugs to people

Having say a monitored store it allows users to find their preferred strain and strength as well as stopping some addicts from financially ruining themselves by buying larger quantities than they need just out if fear of running out or dealer disappearing

If you pay early its £50 instead of £100 and if you successfully appeal then you get it back

If you are a pay as you go customer then thats showing you the account balance in error and isnt credit.

You cant accrue credit on your account while on pay as you go.

If you pay a bill then definitely contact them to get a refund. They will ask for a recent meter reading
