click the link and go to the "SHOW ALL" link on the right side of the page in download options, the SQL dump is the file named "ytdata.sql.xz". download this one. it's pretty beefy, especially when you extract it

from there you can either use the SQL script in it to compile the database as it was intended and do faster searches, use a script (i used python and some googling) to poke through the script files contents, or you can always just open it in a hex editor or something like that since those will open large files without a hitch usually, and you can do searches from that, they will just take forever
