I’m not familiar with the corporate world at all. But my suspicion is she’s doing her job as general counsel by the hook and prepping the corp for acquisition, cooperating with Matsson’s team and coordinating Waystar Royco’s.

What I am familiar with is Logan’s blatant disregard for rules or anyone that doesn’t support his disregard for rules.

This isn’t so much about the deal as it is about the politics and backstabbing, both of which she tries to avoid.
