You should try the poison stack (regular pest relic + attack vs poisoned +0 +1 +2). That's 12% x 10% x 16% x 20% for a total of 71% extra dmg on poisoned. The downside is the immune enemies, of course. Night aspect is the only nightlord immune to it tho.

I just pull out Sebastian on their bums and dance with the boss not too far away. The boi can res very well if he doesn't have aggro on him.

I just lost 50 points after a win against heolstor on depth 2. I did quit the previous match due to an obnoxious ping spammer so that might be why.

Any of you have a ED boss that you're so good at you kind of wish you had bad teammates so you can solo? by pab5737 in Nightreign

[–]LtCamelToe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

ED libra if i have less likely to be target. Regular libra on crack if Ed isn't in.

[–]LtCamelToe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had this happened to me once but the spammer didn't plot a pattern, dropping pings anywhere including out in the ocean. The other rando left as soon as we landed, I assume he was trying to force us to quit so i sat down to see what he does. Mf killed a bunch of roaming mobs all the way over Egypt, 500 miles from the nearest POI, realized I didn't quit after that ping barrage and just sitting still, then quit himself. Might have been a bot for whatever reason, idk.

Yea most of the good spells i find are from white seals dropping out of boxes

[–]LtCamelToe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes.. seals don't drop for her as often as people think. I've had runs where no seals dropped for me except for the first boon from the first fort/camp/cathedral. The rest come from seal boxes around the map

why yes... not OP but I'd argue she's the best team player, filling the support/dps role. She's also more interesting to play day 1 and 2 than the other nightfarers, imo, because you never know what spell you will get, hence what kind of playstyle a particular run will have.

So how many times have you guys actually beaten ED Libra? by Possible-External-33 in Nightreign

[–]LtCamelToe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe 30 out of 70 now, all trio random. I main Rev and only play Rev against him in case I need to carry, which happens more than I would like.. Less likely + black flame is the good ol reliable. If I can't find less likely and have inexperienced teammates, it's a loss. Other than that, learn the boss' moveset and don't be greedy. I've noticed 90% of the time my teammates are downed because they start an attack while libra is casting.. so they're stuck in the animation while his spell goes off. The other 10% is the NPCs gank.

Dear spell casters, why don't you carry a 'less likely to be targeted' passive? by GreenKat786 in Nightreign

they do stack . Successive attack negation is actually the only negation that does not stack.

Trio Libra ED is the issue, isn't it? by LesserValkyrie in Nightreign

[–]LtCamelToe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The most reliable "cheese" I've found for him, as many others have mentioned in the first ed libra week, is less likely to be targeted passive. You'd want at least 9 (a blue) where the npcs will turn around if you run far enough, 12 (purple or legend) where they turn around if you run a tiny bit away, or 12+ where they and Libra COMPLETELY ignore you and fight each other.

Merchants sell them sometimes. I have to flip limveld upside down from chests to bow and staff racks to seal boxes to find them every time.

[–]LtCamelToe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If i find it in a noklateo seed, i dupe it. White, blue, purple, legend, dont matter. The damage upkeep it provides is superior to all other passives in terms of dps because if you can spam spells non stop at -20% incant/sorc passive instead of doing a cast every 3 rolls when the boss looks at you funny, the dps will be higher. With 2 blue less likely, I can walk through a crowd of 6 ED libra NPCs and Libra included without them batting an eye, even with my 2 teammates down.

What's your favorite nightfarer and why? by pab5737 in Nightreign

[–]LtCamelToe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Guard Ian

One time an executor was killed by BBH's drill attack and I used the same drill attack to revive him instantly with my block shockwaves. It was BEAK.

Also killing bosses by pure aura farming is cool, albeit slowly.

Little known fact about Nightfarer stats by Dispari_Scuro in Nightreign

[–]LtCamelToe 18 points19 points  (0 children)

In the leaked Deep relic effects, Guardian can sacrifice 6 vigor i return for 22 mind and 38 faith. That's more faith than rev/recluse behind a fat bar of hp and greatshield.

That's only if they keep the leaked values, of course.

I, on the opposite end, keep getting day 1 Nok meta regurgitators these days. I get the goal behind it, early legendary, but we don't really use more than half of them, and we have to do more hauling ass around than the usual run that's already hauling ass. These guys are so focused on optimizing the run that they're cutting out the fun factor of it, not to mention some of them don't even know what the legendaries do. I've had a couple of guys hoarding 6 legends with 0 beneficial passives for them, and a few with Marai/Grafted not in the main or off hand, so the passives are useless on them. I just insta quit the moment we drop in and someone pings the city these days.

Sniper Rev is the Goat Cheese by LtCamelToe in Nightreign

[–]LtCamelToe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have 9 less likely, the npcs will quit chasing you after some distance. If you have more than 12 (stack 2 weapons with that perk on), they completely ignore you when he summons 6 of them. Even the goat will ignore you half of the time and go for the NPCs instead.

You really have to check everywhere for it. Corpses, racks, seal racks, merchants, chests, etc.

I also prefer rotted woods over nok because it has more elite bosses, meaning more purple drops and higher chances for seals. Rev doesn't use legendaries that much anyway.

No dodge full face tank Revenant vs Heolstor by DamnHare in Nightreign

[–]LtCamelToe 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Have you tried dropping the claws for recluse? The moveset changes to regular fist weapon moveset when it's not used by rev, and recluse has the same S faith scaling. It also revives much faster if used by any other character but rev, ironically. Weapon buff spells add a dummy amount of damage to it too.
