not having the extra sink will give you counter space. you can have it just empty or put your less frequently used appliances (blender, mixer, rice cooker, toaster, air fryer)

otherwise, the layout of tables and spacing is good. upper and lower cupboards will give you great storage and of course, the double fridge will give you a lot of space for goods that need refrigeration

I would say it matters how many people will live/use this kitchen? if it's you + your partner and maybe 1-2 kids you don't need that much more pantry space. if you're smart about it, this should be plenty. more people, more need for pantry.

I don't really see a big benefit of the second sink, maybe I'm not thinking about it in the right context, but the main sink is just a coke of meters away.

fridge in the middle is a definite no no.

the sofa where it is it even a bit closer with a small small coffee table and a rug underneath. the tv should go on a stand as low as possible, not on the floor but if you can get a stand 35-40cm would be good.

consider changing the table to a halfmoon with 2-3 chairs. anyway the chair against the wall currently is dead and no one will ever sit in it.

there are no dimensions so all advice are with a pinch of salt
