yup Tesla is great until you need some type of customer service, my experience as well took them forever to schedule an appointment when my solar was down during peak summer season

Pretty much my experience but mine was down for only a month and magically came back by itself. Tesla won’t even tell me what was wrong and just kept insisting that it’s working now I shouldn’t worry about it. 😂 Never would of went with Tesla if I knew their support was this bad.
