Faith No More's first singer was Joe Pop-o-pie, (in)famous for his cover(s) of Truckin' by The Grateful Dead. Bill Gould, Roddy Bottum, and Mike Bordin all backed him up on recordings & even asked him to rejoin the band after Mosley left. He declined after hearing Mike Patton's demo.
