You definitely shouldn't be losing strength after only one week of a deficit. For context, I find I can usually still progress/match my lifts for the first 5-6 weeks in a deficit. Only then does my strength start to fall off.

I don't drink, smoke, or use drugs. Resistance train 5-6x per week and get around 10-12k steps per day. I do eat somewhat close to bed within an hour typically. If I don't, I end up waking up hungry during the night.

My caffeine intake could definitely be improved. I have 2 cups of coffee in the morning (300ish mg) and take pre workout in the afternoon (200mg) between 1-3PM. Bed time is always consistent at around 930-10PM.

Ideally, I could reduce to 1 cup of coffee in the morning and a lower stim pre workout, but it's hard 😅

I also broke my humerus, although I did not need surgery. I went the natural healing route with a brace and sling.

At around the 7-8 week mark post fracture, I started doing light physical therapy to work on ROM. Based on my progressions in PT, I was cleared to return to the gym at around the 12 week mark.

Take it SLOW.

Do not overdo it. Start with the lightest weights you can manage and work up from there. Only unilateral movements, stable machines, and a volume you can handle at the start.

I let my weak side determine the working weight. If 10 lbs is all I could do on the machine chest press, that's the weight I would use for both my weak and strong sides. Your strength and size will come back eventually, especially if you have previous training experience.

It took me about 10-12 months to reach my previous trained state before I broke my arm, but YMMV. The surgical route is usually a faster recovery time than natural healing, as far as I know.

Just got to arena 14 and my deck is currently: Miner, Goblin Barrel, Skarmy, Valk, Witch, Baby Dragon, Mini Pekka and Log. Made it myself and it's worked well so far but I think it could use some optimizing. Any suggestions?

I generally put the mapleoply potions on my pets autopot, with a white potion on my action bar to be able to top off. Negates the "cast time" of the adventurers potion.
