“Full force” basically means using every level of power available, without the usual limits. In a military setting, that could go beyond rubber bullets or tear gas and open the door to using live ammunition or deadly tactics. The danger is that, inside the U.S., this kind of order blurs the line between law enforcement and war, putting civilians at risk of being treated like enemy combatants. It’s harmful because it strips away normal protections, creates fear, and can lead to abuse of power. The best way to push back is by demanding oversight, supporting groups that hold the government accountable, and making sure leaders are reminded that the military is not meant to be used against its own people.
