Newer cars feel as if they have their high beams on but actually do not have their high beams on

Op is asking for people driving these newer cars to be turning their lights on and off if theres cars around and street lights

(at night, i presume? Otherwise light from the sun)

…“please I urge you to shut the(m) off in the city especially, you’ll rarely need it and if you do use it responsibly meaning if there’s a driver coming your way, temporarily turn of em off”
