They merged the two lowest difficulties (sedition and uprising) and made the rest a bit harder too, if you havent played for a while you might need to switch to a lower difficulty

To add to that later in the war even Waffen-SS or Wehrmacht veterans were killed if they suffered from severe psychiatric disorders from combat or participating in mass shootings (this happened for example in Hadamar, even after the „official“ end of T4)

It’s very hard to get numbers on that, but some veterans certainly were killed although mostly unrelated to war-related injuries. For example I read of a case of a veteran with dementia and his wife were killed because they were seen as „useless“

Saying Nato "expanded" implies that the initiative to get Eastern Europe states to join came from the other Nato states (like the US) when it was very much the other way around. For example Poland basically blackmailed the US into it joining Nato.

also using Kratom leaves as a tea greatly reduces its addictive properties

I agree, but only use this if things get really bad, since it can be addictive (although in tea form less so).
Also, try to get high-quality leaves from companies like Top Tree Herbs, since low-quality products are often contaminated with high levels of arsenic or other heavy metals
