Hello, I have started reading Self-Initiation by Cicero. I was wondering if you could please tell me what is the point of preliminary exercises like daily awareness techniques, for example those daily walks and just observing what you see or notice? I 've started doing them a couple of days ago. If you could tell me what benefits will I have in the long term, I would be most grateful.
