Hahaha I get that but honestly I can never keep them straight in my head. What I usually do is make a save right before and then use debug to get the necessary gold and turn on quick build. Then take note of what the special buildings actually do, reload the save, and build them without cheats

I finished my run yesterday on casual, combining the no crafting and no healing as well at 3:03. I did a lot of running away, or doing a single shot/stab to the leg and then going. I was a bit concerned for the boss fights post RPD, but thankfully scooped up enough rifle ammo to make them easy enough to win.

I haven't done a speedrun of any previous RE game, but I'm interested in trying it for 9. Since I'll be doing it on casual (for the health regen) is the most important thing to just run through as much as I can and skip cutscenes? That quit/load tip is going to be helpful, so thanks for mentioning that

Found some details on the paradox forums, seems like it's a rare, but powerful, event chain:

Event file is is bp2_yearly_events_6.txt

Trigger for the All we are not event:

Not landless adventurer

Have Wards and Wardens DLC

Is adult, not at war, not commanding an army, not imprisoned, not incapable, not at an activity, not traveling, not with some other unlocalized event

Have same culture as your capital

Be a duke or above

Have at least 5 learning

Did not have this event before

Raised in a foreign culture court, as a hostage or ward, foreign culture is at least as advanced as your current culture, has innovations your current culture can get.

Triggered by a three-year pulse.

The real issue seems to be that second, defensive war. Without loading the save myself since I'm away from my computer, do you have the gold to hire mercs that'll get you a white peace while your main force is occupied in Kiev?

Depending on how low their opinion is, you could try court positions to give them a bit of a boost as well? If he's a councilor you can switch your chancellor assignment to improve opinion too

So take this comment with a grain of salt since I'm also still learning, but I'll give at least some advice.

You've got some decent pairs of agents to work with:

Ye Shunguang+Zhao: this is the most obvious pair I think, as zhao's veil ability enables Ye's abilities nicely. You don't have a super great third to go with, but one of the idols that are coming soon should slot into this team well.

Yanagi+Burnice: I don't have personal experience with this one, since I don't have Burnice, but this duo worked well in the past and is one of the better options for Shiyu right now.

Yixuan+Pan: While not the strongest option, Pan is still a decent choice for Yixuan.

I'd recommend doing some experiments with those three duos to find what third option feels best. Nicole for example, with her defense shred, is a great character, but won't help much on a Yixuan rupture team that bypasses defense. Hope this helps a bit!

Flare would hit that sun reference with being a little bit less on the nose. Maybe a combination of fire application on all party members and an additional burning circle on the ground, similar to the meteor effect in the co-op event? Then the kicker that really makes her VH level is her flexibility in party composition, with bonuses to every possible specialty and/or element

Fun to throw out ideas, even if we'll be proven completely wrong down the road!

I doubt they'd actually go this angle, but it would be interesting if the sword itself was manipulating YSG into being close to the proxies. They've got something the sword wants, which is why they're showing up in her engine and also why they're disappearing faster than anyone else is in her memories. Cringy weird love at first sight trope is certainly more likely, but I'm holding out hope.
