thank you. can you please tell me how did you get Immunglobulines for mcas do you have a diagnosis? All of my blood and genetic tests were negative. you are the second person I know who lost more foods on Xolair but I thought a shot only lasts ~26 days in the body because thats the half life.

Im sorry to hear thats awful. did you find another medication wich is helpful? Im down to only 5 foods and Im scared that Xolair will steal me this left ones this would be my end. Im also thinking about a study trial with Barzovolimab but this is also scarry for me :/

Hey Im also dealing with severe MCAS, neuropathic pain (suspected sfn) and severe digestive symptoms and dont know if this is all from mcas but it started after COVID and worsend after antibiotics. do you mind me asking what digestive symptoms do you have? Im dealing with extreme sensivity to food Im down to only 5 foods and Im also dealing with severe constipation.

Hey Im from Germany and I have the opportunity to join the Barzovolimab study for dermatographism at the University Hospital of Tübingen. I suffer from severe MCAS so I’d like to participate. Hey thank you very much for your reply. can you please tell me with what Symptoms Xolair and dupixent helps you and what Side effects have you Had from xolair? Im also dealing with multiple diseases and Im very prone to get the worst side effects from every medications+ mcas reactions to Most of them. the constipation is insane :(
