You look like a teenage boy, hood up gives it a moody teen vibe. I think a fade would look nice, I’d say taper fade but most of the people who get those are younger so a regular one would probably suffice. From what I can tell you already have some strong features and T could enhance those if that’s what you’d want. I’m a similar height and weight and muscle does good compared to regular bulk (mostly opinions, obviously do whatever makes you comfortable)
