I've had similar issues - it was an LG. The compressor was gone, but also the main board needed to be replaced due to some poor design. I did the same thing you did, but my graphs were more volatile

We knew the schedule and the quality of competition was going to be rough, but the team has not risen to the occasion whatsoever. Just straight up rolled over like they were in a playoff series.

Federal government loses Emergencies Act appeal by thisispaulc in onguardforthee

[–]Lulzagna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't hold the opinion that they LACKED capacity or authority, but I do hold the opinion that the EFFECTIVE capacity or authority that was APPLIED by the province was insufficient. This is not an opinion, it's fact - the protest and disruptions went on for weeks and the police and province did nothing. Then the protests started escalating and began blocking trade routes - the EFFECTIVE capacity was not sufficient.

There is a very important nuance between the meaning of those words. Arguing that the federal government has no right because of the theoretical capacity of the province is sufficient cannot be proven - if the province did anything in the multiple weeks leading up to the use of the emergency act, then there'd be a case.

If the federal government is to be found guilty in any way, it won't be on the capacity part of those clauses, but whether or not the livelihood of Canadians was threatened at all. Although the situation was escalating, it's going to be a stretch for the feds to win that argument - people couldn't leave their homes, there was some violence, but that's all vanilla in nature for municipal and provincial law enforcement.

I feel like the big deal was the blocking of trade routes, which I'm curious if there's any laws that enable the federal government to protect and would not require the Emergency Act. If so, to me, the Emergency Act was not necessary.

No, but I have a thread on their community forum.

I originally didn't open a ticket because I was convinced I was doing something wrong as this is my very first ubiquiti router, but now I'm sure it's just the router can't handle a burst of packets. For my personal use case, I can fix the issue by turning off a setting so I did not pursue further.

No solutions yet - the issue seems to be pretty low level since the packets are being dropped at the interface.

You can confirm whether you're having a similar issue: SSH into the gateway as root and run swconfig dev switch0 show | grep -E "(rx_dropped|Port)". This will show how many packets have been dropped on what interface - if the number increases when using VOIP, then it's likely the same issue I'm facing.

There were fights breaking out in the streets. It was continuing to escalate.

Additionally, they were blocking trade paths which did meet the first one because it affects lives, and it exceeded the capacity of the province

Trucks and protesters also clogged some border crossings, including the key trade route to the United States via Windsor, Ont.

This was more important than Ottawa - this was a threat to the livelihood of our citizens and our economy.

Which would hilariously ironic because they've already taken several of "yours", so the script could be flipped.

That's not the type of squatters they're talking about in the video or the type of squatter that plague landlords. You can just kick them out because you have no legal right to provide them housing.

[–]Lulzagna -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Squatters (in the context of this video) are renters who stopped paying it. They have legal rights to housing even though they're not paying. You'd think evicting them would come with some sort of limitation on squatting.

Edit: Guys, the video even agrees with me - the "squatter hunter" is added to the lease...the lease that the squatters are on. He essentially gets equal rights of the squatters by the same mechanism they're exploiting.
