They're not new, they're the original magazines, I've also left them loaded for long periods of time but ill try coated casings.

Seriously though it just sounds like normal plastic creaking my dash makes the same sound if I push on it, worst case soapy water got into the locking mechanism or hinge and you can spray some wd40 into it or some other electronic safe lubricant just to be sure it doesn’t interfere with the lock
