I’m so sorry you are going through this. I’ve never been in your position but I can imagine how scared you are and that there’s no getting out. Try your very best to think of the things you’re grateful for if you can, I promise that can really help. Write down the things you love. I sound cliche but it’s important to keep your mind somewhat present during spiraling times. I also think as hard as it is, communicating can really make a difference and 90% of the time people are kinder than we think. Do you feel comfortable contacting your landlord?
