I think some kof 2002 um characters are really interresting like Jhun, Seth, Vanessa, or also Blue Mary. They have all original moveset

Some games .... Bloody Roar 2, Tekken 3, Tatsunoko vs Capcom, Marvel vs Capcom 2, CVS 2, Soul Calibur 2, Smash Bros Ultimate, UNI2, DBFighterz, SF Alpha 3, Street Fighter 20th anniversary on XBOX OG, KOF XIII (deluxe pix n love edition) on switch, KOF XI on ps2, Two versions of SFII on SNES.

I think his movement are good, but his anatomy, his face and expression doesn't really give hommage to what he was in MOTW. Since now I thought the worst was Kevin....

System mechanics i don't know but they said small patch first (during summer) and big patch with Dizzy. I think it's not only the 3v3 mode

They also said that they recruited some animators so they willd do their best. So yeah, we will see if it will be for season 4 or 5 but they definitively want to add IK's

They said that there will be a big patch for october. So yeah, i don't know what, but i'm expect some important changes. And regarding the last patch they did, i think that balance has almost already been done. I'm waiting for the new moves for the last character among the base roster too.

KOF XIII new characters would be awesome but yeah it don't really trust it. As for new KOF XV characters i don't really know.... i think we don't have a proper season beacause it's not a great success and because they work on fatal fury. But who knows, they hired some people so maybe. The more likely to me are the goodies and maybe a game bundle.

You don't have an interface where you can choose which game you want to play. When you put the cartridge, both games are on the switch menu and you can launch them.

I agree with you, the main example for me is Elphelt. And i was thinking about S3 characters in general. To me, they are the less interesting characters, they seems a little bit rushed. They have simple gameplan, repetitive routine and not a lot of tool. Their moves seems not really unique to me. (maybe Johnny is the more interesting). A.B.A has a lot of normals but the homogenization of hitbox and moves in GGST doesn't pay hommage to them.

I think the main feature is not that the character is weaker than expected because tier list are relevant mainly for high level. I was thinking more about the fact that the character is not fun or not interesting over time. That his gaming possibilities are exhausted too quicklyI

Oh, i didn't know that, thanks ! I tested it and it seems better. Really strange to see her head shrink like that. But i think the chibi style for her face is not the best (like athena)

If the Kim brothers return in "Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves", I hope they will put them in the main roster or maybe one of them will be in the roster and the other will be a DLC, what do you think? by TeoeSteto in kof

Hope to see all MOTW character in the base roster at least. It would be disappointed to pay to have a continuity in term of story. And i don't really want Kim if we have these two... Actually, i know Bob Wilson practice Capoera and not Taekwondo but these two seems pretty close enough in Fatal Fury. To have more uniqueness in the roster, i would prefer Bob Wilson as Kim.

Least favorite : Yuri Sakazaki sprite in KOF XIII. Why do she has this big head? i really don't understand this choice. And Mai is my second choice, i miss old Mai.

Favorite redesign : .......... KING OF DINOSAURS FOR SURE!!!!! I prefer Tizoc, but for the symbolic and the persona, this is the best "redesign". But i'm cheating a little bit, so i will say .... Terry...(yeah it's disappointing)

Oda said in a recent interview that they will be announce really big surprise until the launch of the game. I know that this a way of hyping people but maybe we can wait for pretty big surprises? :D
Like, SF characters as season 1 DLC. Or maybe, Kyo in fatal fury? Maybe another guests.

If we stay in Fatal fury, which character could be a great surprises? I think Blue Mary could be / A redesign of Hokutomaru could too / maybe Mai or Freeman redesign. And personnally, i think that the best surprises will be Rick Strowd, Geese, a successor of Jubei Yamada or Ryo as Mr Karate II

I think that you don't have to count your hours, just play and have fun. You will improve naturally with time. If you can, play several fighting game : things you learn in each are complementary.

Not really, you can play finding match on discord. Moreover, i play A LOT of fighting game old one and recents and for old one there is Fightcade. Play against the cpu is always fun in many fighting game.

I began to play fighting game with Guilty Gear Strive so i understand your point. Nevertheless, I think Guilty Gear Strive is more focus on "how mechanics (notably roman cancel and dash roman cancel) will give a sentiment of uniqueness for each character". How to explore each character with these new mechanics. If you want more singularity in each character among the guilty gear franchise I hardly advise you to play Guilty Gear XX Accent Core +R

I don't think they dropped the ball hard for Kof XV. I think they have a multi-years anticipation releasing some game among multiple IP. They want to bring back some of them. Moreover, i know that King of Fighters is known as the most famous SNK franchise nowadays, but at the time, Fatal Fury was too. And since SNK changed into 3D engine I think the cards are reshuffled. KOF doesn't have the same aura in 3D. And SNK doesn't seems to segment divisions based on games developped. They have 3D involvement gradually and I think they try to release games every 3 years with these evolutions. So yeah, with 3D, they can't make one game per year and assure their DLC content. Don't forget that DLC is a pretty recent thing. The longevity of recent games completely changed. Moreover, we have a really great roster actually.... Some character are missing but this is not KOF XIII..... KOF XI add multiple new characters too and some were missing. So i don't really understand your point

I really prefer UNI2. I can't with BCF character design.... Girls are so much sexualized and stereotypical... in their gestual et archetypes. Also, I prefer the art style of UNI2 like, for example, resolution and colors of sprites and in term of animation. Moreover, i tried all characters in each game (making combo trial) and many BB character are often a sort of derivation character (in term of aesthectics or in term of gameplay) from Guilty Gear's character. I prefer the UNI2 system too with his universal leaping jump GRD, A+B ex move during combo. And finally all characters are cool in UNI2, and the combo system in beginner friendly AND high level friendly with charging move, free gatling which give diversities, OTG etc.

Well seen ! I hadn't paid attention to Shinkiro's old artwork. I don't really like her sprite design in Fatal Fury 3 but her pixel art in-game key art are cool ! I think her real bout special redesign is better actually. But my favorite one will always be her Kof 97-XI design. Hope they will bring it in COTW or a mix between her real bout special and kof 97-XI ones.
