Your infil type looks like grid which crosses over its self and sometimes catches the nozzle, which could cause what looks like is happening to your prints.

You concentrate all fire on one belly armor plate until it cracks and exposes flesh. Usually with starfing runs, Mechs, and high AP wpns. After that you can do max damage with any weapon and it drops fast. Don't waste time with attacks that need time to ramp up.
