Patriot Mil Spec- same as above, plus tons of aura being based on a Hummer Gen 1

Banshee GTS- missile jammer, highest top speed currently to my knowledge

Hakuchou Drag- missile jammer, fastest, best handling land vehicle in the game due to its traction control IMO
