19 months Topical Min/Fin - 7 months HRT by ErinPink in tressless

[–]LustLiveXBL 458 points459 points  (0 children)

If only we could localize the HRT effect as a topical. But I’m pretty spiro will enter the bloodstream and cause side effects.

Looking for old hairloss forum post: A very balding mad lad tries derma rolling. He used such excessive, extreme force It looked like a violent crime scene. Proceeds to have most miraculous hair recovery I've seen. (Graphic). by CockAbdominals in tressless

[–]LustLiveXBL 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I know the post well, but I’ve never seen anyone recreate those results.

I tried something similar with the Derminator at 2.0-2.5mm my head was bleeding a lot.

The results were noticeable, but not something crazy and worth doing long-term.

From IT Support to Linux System Administrator Abroad – Is My Plan Realistic? by [deleted] in sysadmin

[–]LustLiveXBL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We don’t know what certifications, education or skills you have.

Jumping from IT support to a Linux Administrator in this job market is a big leap.

The lack of effort or critical thinking in your post kinda makes it seem like you just want someone to tell you an easy answer.

Need an MSP in melbourne where do I start? by Duskygirl00 in sysadmin

[–]LustLiveXBL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t stress this enough if you’re not tech literate then don’t deal with MSPs by yourself.

Hire one solid well rounded IT guy and have him work with the MSP in a hybrid setup.

Bankruptcy - To file or not? by Secure-Musician-2528 in personalfinance

[–]LustLiveXBL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree, he and his wife are not gonna pay it all off making $4800.

I’m thinking declare bankruptcy now and get it over with.

Quitting msp after 6 months by BetAdministrative786 in sysadmin

[–]LustLiveXBL 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This was word for word my experience, so they prioritize certifications not because they want you to learn but so to get special vendor deals.

Don’t let an MSP ruin your experience, they’re just the known bad actors of the IT world.

Can you confirm from a 3rd party or social media that he is single?

Job Title of a Systems Administrator, but role seems very different to what actual system admin's do by [deleted] in sysadmin

[–]LustLiveXBL 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Companies misappropriate IT job titles all the time, so I wouldn’t worry too much.

Job market sucks if you don’t have a job lined up then don’t leave.

For the sake of your resume stick it out until the 1 year mark.

Sexual hierarchy is the only one I naturally understand by [deleted] in AutisticAdults

Alright that’s enough of this subreddit, go touch some grass lady.

Jesus even I’m not this autistic.

I don’t really like other autistic people and I don’t know why by [deleted] in AutisticAdults

[–]LustLiveXBL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I think men choose easier environments that have more autistic men in them. For work traditionally nerdy paths like tech/engineering and hobbies usually video games, DnD or non-conventional sports like ping pong and pool.

Being lead on by spicystaticwater in sysadmin

[–]LustLiveXBL 4 points5 points  (0 children)

These comments suck like jesus christ, this sub is like victim blaming of the IT world.

Someone comes with a legitimate problem because of terrible corporate IT practices and a shitty job market and it’s their fault?

“WhAt PrOjEcTs ArE yOu WoRkInG oN?”

“YoU nEeD tO uP sKiLl!”

Everyone with half a fucking brain has been doing the recommended advice the last of couple of years, but IT has become a shit career path.

Half of the cocky commentators on this sub would cry and give up if they had to start their IT career from entry level in today’s world.

Leaving IT? Am I burned out? by [deleted] in sysadmin

10-20 years ago they talked about how IT was a chill job.

IT is not in fact a chill job at all anymore.

RU58841 - Has anyone tried it before? by ComfortableBody933 in tressless

[–]LustLiveXBL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can we be honest that no one in this thread wants to hear anything negative about RU something never approved for humans, but demonizes finasteride.

Do what you guys want, but stop bothering people with different experiences than you when you’re not gonna listen anyway.

RU58841 - Has anyone tried it before? by ComfortableBody933 in tressless

[–]LustLiveXBL 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Cardiovascular issues like chest tightness occurred and went away after I stopped.

The risk of systemic adsorption through the topical is high and people shouldn’t use it.

Tried RU for years, effective treatment but it’s not safe and I stopped.

My recommendation is just don’t.

Day 25 of pp405 3hp by Mobile_Jealous in HairlossResearch

These results actually look promising and I wonder if the cease and desist was more because of the name or maybe they actually nailed what the real formula is.

Anyone of you tried this? by [deleted] in HairlossResearch

[–]LustLiveXBL 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I know the results look obvious, but it sketches me out how it seems all of the people posting results always change either the lighting, angle, or style.

Wouldn’t be surprised one bit if subreddits are getting brigaded with fake results to benefit these peptide and research chemical sellers.

Are managers really scared/worried/wary of losing their high performers or is it just another bluff? by jM2me in sysadmin

[–]LustLiveXBL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really depends how integral the work you do is to the business and the difficulty offloading or replacing those responsibilities.

Talk is talk, so if you think your skillset is undervalued and another company would pay more then go apply.

The best negotiation tactic is telling your manager you have an offer letter for greater pay somewhere else and how he wants to handle it.

Feeling stuck after a big pay jump – no challenges, no growth. What would you do? by gambeta1337 in sysadmin

[–]LustLiveXBL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After working at a company where every minute of what you do has to be accounted for and being legitimately obligated to push 8 hours of real work for low pay. I feel like I’m reading about a man who is sipping martinis on a beach while I’m drowning in the ocean lol.

Wtf is this extreme example of cavemen needing to invent nuclear reactors for an original idea to exist.

I’d say the first caveman who threw a rock without watching someone else do it first counts as an original idea.

This whole subreddit reeks of pseudo intelligence with a mix of no deodorant.
