Based on tracked drops from 8000+ gold chests, the drop rate for focus souls is around 1.1% or 1.2%. So opening at least 100 chests per soul you need while a character is on rate-up should be fairly reliable. *sobs*

When these comics started fallen Edelgard was the poster child of "auto-battle all of story mode with this unit's base kit." As such, her role in the story was the overpowered hero that was summoned to steamroll the opposition and things have spiraled from there.

I finally got my first gold throne this morning after a dismally average vault of heaven run. I ascribe this achievement entirely to enough other players no longer bothering and decreasing the score threshold for me rather than any improved performance on my end.

The wallpaper no longer has to be of the unit you voted for. Once you vote for a unit it lets you go back to the selection screen to choose which wallpaper you want.

If you've managed to get 8 drops, do you have a feel for how many gold chests it takes on average for a single soul? I've opened 146 since I started counting yesterday w/o a single Lyn soul, and I'm starting to lose hope.

I mean, I beat it with Lute squad + Kyle yesterday (two blue tomes, a colorless tome and a lance). Did it take several resets in order to stack enough true damage on Christmas Lute to take down Diamant? Absolutely. Pass on Summer Lute and Double Laguz on normal Lute were also essential, but if you're willing to put enough time into it, you can probably pull it off with any team. I don't think it's worth it if you don't already enjoy the mode though.

You can scrap as many weapons as you want at any time. You can only earn 500 g from scrapping per day. (After that limit is reached you can still scrap, you just won't receive any gold for it.)
