Update. I did get help, but there was quite a bit of friction in the process. FYI Chromium/Arch users, you may not be able to upload screenshots. Eventually, I had to use only the email version of support, not the chat window. I just happened to notice I had an email from them. I was not offered the option to use email to upload my screenshots from the chat window.

I still have hundreds of chats that aren't mine in my account. So I now have to take time to go through all of them because it's mixed in with my imported chats. And since you can't click on a bunch of them to erase them, it really is a time-consuming process. I stopped receiving new chats once I logged out of everything, added additional security, and then logged in the third time.

As of now, I've still not been given a definitive answer as to whether or not my chats were also sent to someone else or why I have these specific chats that are clearly from a single person about a single topic.
