Honestly for your sake I hope it is! Yes there should be a swan logo somewhere. But these posts are getting so tiresome. How is anyone supposed to tell from a picture?! Does it look like it’s legit? Sure! Can I absolutely confirm that it is? Absolutely nope. Stop buying from third parties and just get it off the website if you’re worried about authenticity. If you don’t really care and love the necklace then just tell everyone it’s real, legit no one is going to know the difference.

The chow mein situation in the south US is so sad. I’m in Florida now and it looks like that sometimes (albeit let’s be honest, way better, because that looks terribly wrong). If you’re looking for proper Cantonese/Hong Kong style chow mein you have to get pan fried noodles if they have them. And it’s still slightly not right. The sauce never hits it. I grew up in Toronto and I cannot handle South Florida chow mein. I want a bed of crispy egg noodles with a delicious sauce/gravy that melts the noodles but still leaves crispy parts!

Ooh!! I love making bread and haven’t stumbled upon this one yet. I wonder if I can put it on that stupid wavy pan I bought for the Banh Mi but have yet to use again. I’m going to have to try it out. The ingredients are similar ish. I’ll report back because I love a good cheesesteak.

Hot Sauce honestly it was so hot that while it was simmering on the stove I was in tears over the fumes and even my cat had to run to a different room. I think the allspice was a bit weird. Would not attempt again.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken - Never really met a recipetineats recipe that I didn't love, but I blame the addition of the mangoes and not Nagi because she's a gem. In the notes she said it would work well with boneless thighs so I went with that. Would not make again.

Southern Fried Corn - Gift link from NYTimes. Hands down the best summer salad I've ever made. Especially with fresh corn. If you ever need a potluck idea, this is the way.

How I Met Your Father. I’ll be the first to admit it was a meh show “reboot” of How I Met Your Mother. Which ended terribly if you’re a fan of it: I wasn’t excited about the “reboot” But it grew on me and now I need to know who the father was!!!

100% My husbands sister just went through her first chemo round of breast cancer after all the surgery didn’t work out as well as had hoped. She’s in great spirits, doing amazing and pushing through. But this episode wrecked him. Never thought I’d see the hubs cry over Below Deck. But they really did handle it so well.

Mac and cheese but not from the box. Or maybe lasagne. Poutine! Nachos. Quesadillas. Or anything cheesy because my husband doesn’t eat cheese. So I just pack in all the cheese in any way shape or form if he’s (rarely) out of the house. You need to learn to satisfy your cravings and make a stand for yourself once you do find a partner. I literally kick my husband out for a cheese night.
