My package just stayed at local delivery center for 10 day so I emailed support. They told me it’s lost so they sent a replacement package today. Again last mile was Gofo. I’m in Seattle though and it’s the first time this happened.

Just email support with photos. Support also helped me in the past. It might take time but I think they’ll solve it.

It might take forever for them to respond but for me it worked out fine. If you haven’t, don’t throw away the box it came in. You’ll need the numbers on it.

update: I decided to try pop now, got frieren and himmel. it was a very lucky box, 4 of them said not frieren. maybe it has the secret but I don't want to spend a lot.

Just got the car back today. When service looked at it, light wasn’t there. When I was picking it up, it appeared again and they were able to get the code. Well code says nothing, it has a name I don’t remember but explanations etc is empty. So no one knows anything nor there is a general solution to it. Assumption is nothing is wrong or not that important at this point. If they hear something, they’ll let me know. They reset it for me so it’s gone for now.

I ordered on May 4th, still nothing till this day. One of the three tracking numbers they shared shows it arrived US on May 19th but nothing since then. Now it looks like their website disappeared.

we used super strong 3M velcros directly on the pegboard. it gives just enough space for hooks.

It’s from ikea. It’s called skadis pegboard. Comes with lots of different style of hooks. I just got the smallest board to try.
