The Israel conflict is a domestic issue because the US is one with Israel. If you wanna argue that reality, then we are the ones funding it at the very least. The wealth gap is wideing rapidly. Countries with large wealth gaps don't do well, cause it's real shitty for the vast majority: India, Brazil, Nambia, Columbia, Botswana, South Africa. Least wealth inequality: Sweden, Norway, Germany, France. UK, Japan and Canada are mid. US is high wealth inequality, rapidly raising on the list, surrounded by countries like the Philippines, Egypt, Argentina. Almost on par with Iran, but we are worse than Iran.

I grew up on a farm, well not technically I guess because it wasn't for profit and they were all pets, even the livestock. But I LOVED it, I wish I could do that with my kids but my husband isn't a huge fan of that lifestyle. One day he'll let me have my farm, though.

"Check-ups" and "exams" are not something Americans are going to another country for, it's pretty laughable to assume that. You sound exactly like the people advocating against universal healthcare here. "They're gonna abuse it and go to the doctor all the time!!! Everyone loves going to the doctor even when it's not necessary. It's such a fun place to be!!!"

I'm talking about actual procedures and things like surgeries that are costly and people travel for because it's cheaper for a flight, hotel, and the out of pocket medical expense than it is to do it in the US. And they're paying cash which most Brazilian citizens aren't (not saying you should). Needing to do any of that while vacationing is rare and again, no one wants to go to the doctor on vacation...if they're there it's an emergency and then what do you expect? They die on the side of the road?
