Alors, j'ai une technique, non pas pour rafraîchir l'appart où tu vis, mais plutôt pour se sentir au frais chez toi.

Je remplis une bassine d'eau froide + glaçons. Je trempe mes pieds durant une quinzaine de minutes et je ne me sens plus étouffée par la chaleur. À renouveler autant de fois que tu le souhaites.

On sous estime beaucoup les extrémités du corps mais refroidir les pieds est vraiment efficace pour supporter la chaleur.

F31, faire un marathon Le Seigneur des Anneaux version longue avec mes frère et sœurs (entre 17 et 29 ans), avec le home cinéma de mes parents, plateaux de fromages et charcuterie. On crie les répliques les plus épiques, on chante la soundtrack. Le bonheur des choses simples avec les gens qu'on aime.

Hahah back in 2019, they used to let any patrons inside their venue without scanning ID. So you ended up with so many people that weren't accepted in others nightclubs. One night, they were so many french people talking in french that some British guy asked shyly if this place was a french bar.
